Of Deliverance from Adversity

KJV

I will be glad and rejoice in thy mercy: for thou hast considered my trouble; thou hast known my soul in adversities.

ESV

I will rejoice and be glad in your steadfast love, because you have seen my affliction; you have known the distress of my soul.

Psalm 31:7

Oh, magnify the Lord with me;

Come, join his name to bless:

To him did I in trouble flee;

He saved me from distress:

Oh, let him then your refuge be,

Nor shall you fail success!
